Early Help/ Team Around our School

Early Help

Our Team Around the School (TAS) is a partnership between Outwood Primary School, Stockport Family and other agencies. We'll work together with parents and carers to offer early help and support.

Services involved in the TAS want to support the development of relationships with families to make sure professionals and parent/carers are working together.

Appropriate information will be shared when additional support is needed or requested for children and families (following government guidance on information). Families working with the TAS team will have access to support from:
