Complaints procedure
We welcome your views, comments, questions, and concerns. Open communication helps us address any issues early on before they become more serious. Complaints at Outwood Primary School are rare because we foster an open, approachable culture. The vast majority of parental concerns are resolved informally through positive conversations. We strongly believe that working in close partnership with parents allows us to discuss and ease any natural worries about your child's schooling long before they turn into formal complaints.
However, all schools are required to maintain a clear complaints procedure. Our policy is based on Stockport Authority’s standard Complaints Procedure, which complies with Section 29 of the Education Act 2002.
You can find our full policy, procedure, and complaint form at the bottom of this page. Please be assured that any concern or complaint raised will be taken seriously and handled with care, confidentiality, and sensitivity.
