Fantastic first week!

Welcome back!

It has been a brililant return to school for Year 3. They have been working super hard and come in everyday with a smile :)

This week the children have been learning all about how fossils are made. They used their prior learning about Mary Anning to help them understand the process. They even made their own mini fossils by layering palastercine over their own ammonite. The sliced them in half to show the sedimentry layers that help create such amazing fossils.
