Year 4

Take a look at some of the fantastic art work that Year 4 have done this week.  We have been practising observational drawing and some sketching skills inspired by famous artists.  Today we had a fantastic author visit from Lucy Hawking, daughter of the famous Stephen Hawking, which the children really enjoyed and were inspired by her stories.

This week we have been finialising our persuasive advert based on the invention of Hugo Cabret as well as learning about shape in maths.  We have a packed couple of weeks before half term and are really excited about some of the things we have planned.
