Y3's Inclusion week

This week we have been celebrating inclusion week!

The children have been taking part in lots of exciting lessons such as learning about different disabilities, different families and they showed real maturuty and sensitivity when discussing the Equality Act. They understood the 9 characterisitics and showed what fabulous inclusive childrent hey are!

We were also incredibly lucky to have some guest speakers including a GB coach for the paralymipians! Please have a look on twitter to see all the great work!

Along side this, they have been working ahrd on their maths and english. In maths they have been calculating fractions of amounts, fractions of a whole and non-unit fractions.

In english they are working on their 'hot task' writing and exciting ending that engages the reader!
