A busy week in Year 4

Good afternoon,

Year 4 have had a fantastic week of learning.  We have voted for our school councillors - congratulations to Libby and Henry - and we will also be looking for our Eco councillors next week too.

Our writing in English is looking great and everyone is working really hard towards their final story.  Year 4 have tried exceptionally hard in maths and have also enjoyed a fun investigation in science looking at reflective surfaces.

Today we started to learn about Mae C. Jemison - an inspirational woman - as part of Black History Month.  I'm sure the children will be able to tell you lots about her.
